Unbelievably great service! There wasn't a server not attending to the needs of their customers. From Sherry, the greeter, to Shuntille, my waitress, to Ms. Peggy, the manager, everything was great. The service was quick and served with down-to-earth, genuine friendliness! I know it may be customary to greet customers, but when you are made to feel TRULY welcomed, that speaks volumes. Keep up with the marvelous service and respect for all people. So glad I chose to dine with you all!
Lobster tail was nasty and the rib eye had no flavor. Only reason for 1 star is because that was as low as it could go. The best thing was the sweet tea.

My medium/well steak was so dried out it was just about inedible. They did give me another one to take home. Brussel sprouts were practically raw. I requested when ordering to please cook them tender. Our order took a really long time in coming to the table. When we asked what was taking so long, they said it was because they had to cook the ribs. That seemed odd to us, and when the ribs arrived they were cold to the touch. We let our waitress know she in turn brought the manager out. He then gave us a free dessert and 20%off my meal. I have always liked RT but my mom and husband would rather not go back. I'll give them another chance.
