Went to the drive thru everything was fresh and got. Order was correct. Polite employees.
Terrific customer service. This McDonald's location was packed (beach traffic) yet the staff was still super thoughtful. Someone saw me carrying a drink and a baby and trying to fill ketchup cups and he made a "tray" out of a drink lid and carried them back to my table for me. Food delivered to our table vs having to wait. A lady saw me stand up with our other twin and my sandwich to walk back to the register and stopped me to ask if something was wrong. I told her my chicken sandwich was rubbery and I didn't mind getting back in line because my older daughter wanted apple slices. She insisted on replacing the sandwich and getting us the apples. Very nice.
This McDonald's was well sanitized and their food was actually put together the way it's supposed to be no buns half off or sauce all over the side of your burger I was actually very impressed with this McDonald's
Absolutley the worst in service and employee attitudes..all should be retrained on how to serve customers!! Never stop there again!
While I was in Biloxi, people were talking about this McDonald's in Greenville, and how it's THE place to stop while passing through. I have to agree with them!
The best McDonald's on any long trip I've taken! The tea was just right, my food was fresh, and even the orange juice was ice- cold. The employees were super friendly. The place was very clean. Any time I'm passing through, I'll remember this is the place to stop!!!
