Good BBQ, fast counter service. Had a plate with ribs and pulled pork. Ribs were the standout. Sides: good Mac&Cheese, the marinated slaw was just like I make it sour and sweet.
Excellent pulled pork and well-prepared sides. The baked beans, vinegar cole slaw and loaded potato casserole were delicious, and the portions were enough for 2 people. Well worth the stop.
Kat was a great help! She really made this last experience a good one and took the time to talk with me about the Vape pens and gave me the rundown on several strains. I had her choose a few recommended joints on my behalf and they were amazing! This experience was a lot more personable than other shops. I felt that I got special attention. Kat is amazing and free spirited but she's not the only fantastic person I've spoken with. The employees right now are just GOOD. That's all I can say. I'll definitely be returning. :)
This is a gem of a BBQ place off I-65 at exit 128. The portions are HUGE. The ribs were fall off the bone with an amazing tangy sauce. The sides are delicious as well. My husband ordered the 6 rib plate with Mac n cheese, potato salad and an extra side of baked beans. I had the 6 rib plate with fried green tomatoes and squash casserole. It was superb. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. The noodles were a little soft but still really good. The potato salad was out of this world as we're all of our other sides. The portion sizes are huge (even for a small) and we were able to eat for lunch and have enough left over for dinner as well all for $35. We will stop here next time we come through! The most surprising part of this restaurant is how great it was and run out of a gas station no less! Service was fast and friendly. It was packed but they got people in and out very fast.
Very nice and clean restaurant. I had the BBQ plate with squash casserole and baked beans. More than enough food for 2 meals. Staff is very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend stopping.
