This location just didnt seem to be as good as the local store which we eat at fairly regularly. But it wasn't too bad either. The food was good and they did get our orders right. My main complaint is that the sweet tea was not good. Our waitress wasn't rude, but she was definitely not as friendly as what I am used to when eating at a Cracker Barrel. She may have just been having a bad day, so that's not a big deal, but they do lose a star over the sweet tea.
Waited forever on refills, staffers were all gloomy and no one smiled. Quick to sit you down then not worried about service after that. Mashed potatoes were dried out and crusty on on top. Won't go back.
You can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel. This time I ordered the Holiday sampler breakfast with a cinnamon drop biscuit, eggs, hash browns, biscuits 'n gravy, bacon, sausage and country ham and Mac-n-Cheese. I substituted fried apples for the Mac. It was a huge breakfast but only 8.95, well worth it. Can't go wrong with the coffee either, was so full by the end of it had to get a to go coffee to finish my journey back to the house.
I love the Cracker Barrel. Down to earth, old fashion southern cooking at its best. Save room for dessert, my two favorites are the double chocolate cake, with vanilla bean ice cream, or the Apple dumpling.
I love the store! They sell everything , from food to quilts. Clothing, infant through adults. Entertainment, games to music. Home decor , and jewelry.
The food was fantastic. Great customer service and great shopping! I’m never really ever disappointed with any Cracker Barrel, however, this one felt very clean and organized. And our food came out hot. If we are ever on this side of AL again we will be back!
