I can't recall a time I've written a bad review for a restaurant fast food or otherwise, but I felt it was worth my time to warn others to not stop here. I don't know what their rating is, but I doubt they'd pass if they were rated tonight. The entire lobby's floor was slick with a greasy film. Two other customers mentioned it too. Other than my family, there were 3 other customers eating in the lobby but it still took almost 20min for us to get our fast food order. (So much for a quick stop on the way to the beach) I am glad I ate most of my dinner prior to seeing the kitchen area. A frying cooking apparatus was disabled and there must have been 4 large fries worth of food littered all over the area. my daughter's grilled chicken sandwich was burnt a good bit around the edges, and she had a hard time tearing it to go over a salad rather than eating it within the bun. The fries were over cooked with a dark golden coloring and most of them actually snapped in half without any white potato in the middle. I hope this was just one of their worst days, but if not, I'd pick somewhere else to eat.

Waited 15 min on bacon egg biscuit. They had no bacon cooked at 8:20am. Foid was goid terrible service
My family and I ate here on a break from our road trip. By far the cleanest Hardees - or fast food restaurant - we've ever been to. Food was fresh - staff was very curious.
The rating for the breakfast crew would be 5 stars because the food is always good and service good despite them always being really busy at that time. The 3 star rating is for the lunch and evening crews. The service varies from fair to poor and the food quality is decent at best. Don't stop at lunch if you're in a hurry even if it doesn't look busy. If you go through the drive-thru you'll probably be asked to pull forward and wait for your order even if there's nobody behind you. Makes a lot of sense.
Run! Do not enter this restaurant!!! By far the most disgusting, dirty Hardee's I've ever entered. Bathroom didn't have soap or a container. It was broken on the floor. So my first thought was the workers didn't wash their hands. Then the counter where you fill your drinks that there is no way it had been wiped down today. You could see the kitchen fryers that were the absolute most disgusting I've ever seen! Floor hadn't been swept or mopped for several days at the very least this was at 1:00 pm. Then 3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong.
